📖 THE NEW MAN VIEW: Enoch, Divine Pleasure & Ascension Possibility

Let’s open this through the lens of the finished work, identity in Christ, and God's nature revealed in Enoch’s life.

đŸ”„ What the New Man Believes About Enoch Being Taken Up

“By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.”— Hebrews 11:5 KJV

âžĄïž This believer sees Enoch not as an outlier, but as a foreshadowing of what is possible for those who walk in full union with God. Enoch is a pre-cross testimony that points forward to the New Man reality—a life so yielded, so entwined with the Father, that the boundaries of mortality no longer hold.

He didn’t die; he transitioned.

Enoch’s story isn’t just history—it’s prophecy in motion, a living symbol of what happens when we walk in the pleasure of God.

✹ If God Is No Respecter of Persons, Then Can I Be Taken Too?

Yes—but it’s not about escape, it’s about union.

Romans 2:11 tells us that "God does not show favoritism." So if Enoch, who did not yet carry the indwelling Spirit, pleased God to the point of being taken
how much more now can the New Creation in Christ, already seated in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), live in such union that they transcend?

🚹 This is not about striving to disappear—but learning to so abide in Him that the boundaries between heaven and earth blur in your being.

🧬 A True Thought? Yes. Here’s Why:

Scripture says:

  • “Christ in you, the hope of glory.” (Col. 1:27) – You are carrying the same One who made Enoch.

  • “As He is, so are we in this world.” (1 John 4:17) – As Christ has ascended, so has your spirit.

  • “He that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit with Him.” (1 Cor. 6:17) – No separation remains.

Therefore, yes: You can walk in such harmony, union, and delight with the Father that earthly boundaries submit to Kingdom nature.

🔐 How Can We Attain This?

Not through performance, but through participation in the divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). Here’s the pathway:

1. Union, Not Just Obedience

  • Enoch “walked with God” (Genesis 5:24) — not ahead, not behind. This speaks of friendship, rhythm, and shared presence.

  • Jesus said, “I only do what I see the Father doing” (John 5:19). That’s alignment.

2. Awareness of Being Fully Pleasing

  • Enoch pleased God by faith (Heb. 11:5–6). Not works. Faith is the substance that aligns us with God’s heart.

  • Faith believes you are already pleasing to God in Christ. (Col. 2:10; Rom. 8:1)

3. Living as Already Ascended

  • You are already raised and seated with Christ (Eph. 2:6). The New Creation reality begins with ascension.

  • Enoch’s experience was a shadow of the ascension life we now carry by the Spirit.

4. Radical Surrender to Divine Nature

  • Yielding to His nature in you—holiness, love, joy, power—accelerates transformation.

  • The “being taken up” is a metaphor for living from heaven’s dimension now.

đŸ—ïž Translation is not a reward—it’s a revelation received by those who embrace oneness.

🙏 Final Thought

Yes, it is possible. Not to escape life but to live so fully within God that nothing of the fallen realm holds you anymore. Whether literal or spiritual, you can be “taken” daily—into realms of glory, insight, vision, and love.

This is what Christ opened for us—not just survival, but ascension as a lifestyle.
